How it works

Someone finishes their free report and asks for a coaching call (€89) or the full program (€390).

We review the request by hand and match them to a coach who fits their profile.

You run the sessions and deliver the work — the call, the CV, the plan.
You keep 70%. We keep 30% for bringing you the client and running the platform.

We're early.
This is a small, growing stream, matched one at a time. We'd rather send you three clients who fit than thirty who don't.
We vet, and we expect you to be honest.
No guarantees to clients, real gaps named, no “you'll land your dream job” talk. That's the whole brand — the people we send you can smell hype from a mile away.
What we look for
- Real coaching or career experience — you've done this with actual people.
- Comfort with hybrid, non-linear careers — you don't tell people to pick a lane.
