How it works

Someone finishes their free report, sees where they stand, and decides they want a person to walk it with them.

They get in touch, and we reply personally. There's no algorithm and no marketplace here — we read the request and make an introduction.

You run the sessions and deliver the work — the call, the CV, the plan. You set your rate and invoice them directly.
You keep 100%.
We take no commission, and we're not in your transaction. You bill your client directly, at your price.
We're not going to promise you clients either — we don't have the traffic to make that promise good, and we'd rather say it now than have you find it out in three months.
If that ever changes and we start sending people your way, we'll talk about a cut then.
The honest part
It's early.
We recruit coaches one at a time, usually because someone we trust vouched for them, and we turn down more than we take. This page isn't an open call. If you're here, someone probably sent you — fill this in and we'll reply personally. If nobody sent you and you found this on your own, tell us who you are anyway: the list is a handful of people, not a queue.
We vet, and we expect you to be honest.
No guarantees to clients, real gaps named, no “you'll land your dream job” talk. That's the whole brand — and the people who find you here will have read all of it before they write to you.
What we look for
- Real coaching or career experience — you've done this with actual people.
- Comfort with hybrid, non-linear careers — you don't tell people to pick a lane.
- Plain, honest communication.
