1. About the service

TryCareerMatch (trycareermatch.com) is a career matching platform operated by Diogo Serino, an individual based in Braga, Portugal. The platform analyses your career profile and produces a compatibility ranking across a curated set of professional roles.

By using TryCareerMatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TryCareerMatch offers two tiers:

• Free report — your top 7 career matches with compatibility scores, available immediately after completing the onboarding. No account required.
• Detailed report (€9.99) — your full ranked results across all 60+ evaluated roles, indicative salary ranges, career progression paths, a personalised skill gap analysis, a narrative profile analysis, and a personalised email copy of the report.

Results are based on a rule-based scoring model applied to the profile data you provide. They are intended as a career exploration tool, not professional career advice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept credit and debit cards, Multibanco and MB WAY. Prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes.

The detailed report is delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Because the report is a digital product delivered upon purchase, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the report has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your report, please contact us at [email protected] and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the paid report.
• You agree to provide accurate profile information to the best of your ability.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, scoring methodology and software powering TryCareerMatch is the intellectual property of Diogo Serino. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Your report is licensed for your personal use only. You may share it privately but may not resell or commercially exploit it.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TryCareerMatch provides career exploration results based on the data you supply. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diogo Serino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep TryCareerMatch available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Braga, Portugal.
