1. About the service

TryCareerMatch (trycareermatch.com) is a career matching platform operated by Diogo Serino, an individual based in Braga, Portugal. The platform analyzes your career profile and produces a compatibility ranking across a curated set of professional roles.

By using TryCareerMatch you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

TryCareerMatch is a free service. After completing the onboarding you immediately receive your full report — your complete ranked results across all 100+ evaluated roles, career progression paths, a personalized skill gap analysis and a narrative profile analysis. No account and no payment are required. You can optionally leave an email to get a link back to this exact report.

Results are based on a rule-based scoring model applied to the profile data you provide. They are intended as a career exploration tool, not professional career advice.

3. Pricing and paid services

The core service — your full career report and archetype — is free, with no fees, subscriptions or in-app purchases, and stays free.

We also offer optional paid services. A written Deep Report is requested from your account page, once you have saved your report and verified your email address — we need to know which report is yours to write it from. A coaching call and a longer career program with a coach are requested on the Coaching page, no account needed. All three are handled personally, not automatically:

• No payment is taken on this website. For the Deep Report, we reply by email with the details and a payment link, and nothing is charged unless and until you explicitly agree and complete that payment. For coaching, we introduce you to the coach and they invoice you directly.
• Coaching is delivered by an independent career coach, not by us. With your consent, the details you submit are shared with that coach only to deliver the service you requested. Your agreement for that service is with the coach.
• The Deep Report price is shown on the offer page. Coaching is provided by an independent coach who sets their own rate and invoices you directly — we take no commission and are not party to that transaction. Any price is confirmed in our reply before any payment. If a service isn't delivered as agreed, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Your responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate profile information to the best of your ability.
• You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, scoring methodology and software powering TryCareerMatch is the intellectual property of Diogo Serino. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Your report is licensed for your personal use only. You may share it privately but may not resell or commercially exploit it.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

TryCareerMatch provides career exploration results based on the data you supply. Results are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional career, legal or financial advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diogo Serino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep TryCareerMatch available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Braga, Portugal.
